Victims of eczema: Eczema can be seen in the people of all ages. But it is noteworthy here that infants are attacked maximum by it. In between 1-5 years old they are attacked by this atopic dermatitis. Also eczema is mostly seen in women rather than men.

Relationship between eczema and food allergy: Eczema and food allergy is to each other. Food allergy is something which is considered as the catalyst to make the spreading process of eczema faster. It is found that about one-third of the atopic dermatitis patient give response to food triggers. The most common food triggers which inspire eczema are milk, peanut, soy, egg and wheat. Among these food triggers egg is considered the most powerful trigger. It is noteworthy here that apart from these food allergens excessive stress, physical irritants, dust, cosmetics and tight clothes can be the triggers of eczema.

Treatment: At first proper diagnosis is needed to identify which food allergen is causing harm to you. Then as per the doctor’s prescription some food habit need some changes in them. It is advised to avoid strong acid producing foods like egg, beef, pork and chicken. To get rid of such sufferings give your body alkalizing food. Try to avoid diary product like milk and cheese. Apart from restriction in the food habit doctors often prescribe corticosteroid ointments to apply on the eczema affected areas. Skin specialist also prescribes various medicated lotions and anti biotic to avoid any kind of aside effects.
